





DESCRIPTION * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and favorable conditions for the company. * Continuously search, select, and evaluate suppliers. * Coordinate with shopping centers the budgets for execution of maintenance, infrastructure, and labor intermediation items. * Coordinate with operational user departments the Terms of Reference and lead tender processes for assigned operational categories. * Analyze and standardize supplier proposals in comparative tables to support decision-making based on shopping center requirements. * Generate savings and keep records of achieved savings updated, aligned with the Annual Procurement Program (PAC). * Coordinate with suppliers their standardization according to category. * Budget items for the Annual Maintenance Program (PAM). Coordinate with suppliers for emergency response. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields 3 years of experience in procurement areas Experience leading tender processes (Essential) Proficiency in SAP MM module
