Main responsibilities: * Support posting job openings and screening candidates on employment portals. * Coordinate interviews, assessments, and occupational medical examinations. * Prepare, review, and update employment files for personnel entry into units or projects. * Monitor traceability and expiration dates of personnel documentation. * Draft formal communications and coordinate with various internal departments. Requirements: * Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or document support. * Intermediate knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication ability. Desirable: * Experience in mining or industrial sector companies. * Basic knowledge of platforms such as 2Personal, WebControl, or SIGO. * Familiarity with qualification processes and entry regulations.
