**HOTEL VIÑAS QUEIROLO (5-star Hotel)** We are looking for a Reservation Executive for our office in Lima, Pueblo Libre. If you meet the requirements provided in our job offer, we invite you to join and become part of the Viñas Queirolo family. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Carry out tasks related to managing the reservation and sales process, prepare and send quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups. \* Provide customer support. \* Handle quotations for individual guests, groups, and follow-ups. \* Enter individual and group reservations. \* Process payments for reservations and coordinate corresponding invoicing. \* Follow up on quotations. **Experience and Knowledge:** \* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within hotel companies. \* Studies in administration, tourism, and/or hospitality—related fields. \* Intermediate level of English—spoken and written. \* Knowledge of Reservation Systems (preferably Newhotel). **Competencies:** \* Teamwork \* Empathy \* Problem-solving \* Effective communication \* Negotiation \* Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of commitment. **Benefits:** Salary \+ hotel points Permanent contract with statutory benefits, Life Insurance.
