Sales Representative – Concrete Company **Minimum Requirements:** * Proven experience in **sales within the construction sector or construction materials** (preferably in ready-mix concrete, aggregates, or related fields). * Basic knowledge of **commercial processes and quotations**. * Ability to **acquire new clients and maintain existing client portfolios**. * Proficient in **office tools** (Excel, Word, email, quotation software). * **Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset.** * Possession of a **valid driver's license** is desirable (if site visits are required). * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and visit clients in the construction industry. * Prepare and send quotations for concrete and complementary services. * Conduct post-sale follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with production plant, logistics, and collections departments. * Report progress and sales targets to the sales department. * Site visits **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ High commissions.
