




**1\. POSITION PURPOSE:** Ensure smooth operation during the shift by leading the dining room, production, and bar teams with order, discipline, and focus on customer experience. Act as direct support to the Store Supervisor in executing protocols, supervising service, resolving incidents, completing activity checklists, recording purchases, tracking expirations, and managing schedules for assigned staff. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Coordinate the dining room team to ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly, and efficient service. · Verify proper staff appearance (complete uniform, hygiene, attitude). · Supervise cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and all customer-visible areas. · Lead table assignment and waiter rotation based on demand. · Ensure established service times are met for order taking, beverage delivery, and food serving. · Support correct execution of welcome, farewell, and minor complaint handling protocols. · Assist customers in case of incidents and report details to the Store Supervisor. · Monitor service pace and anticipate bottlenecks in kitchen, bar, or cashier areas. · Collaborate with cashier to ensure accurate bill closing and order control. · Promote ongoing promotions, suggested products, and enhance customer experience during the shift. · Receive and report operational team feedback regarding service flow. · Execute or verify opening and shift-change checklists together with the Store Supervisor. · Communicate directives from the Store Supervisor to the team during the shift. **3\. JOB REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 2 years of prior customer service experience in restaurants or cafes. · Knowledge of service protocols, food handling, and conflict resolution. · Ability to lead and motivate small work teams. · Responsibility, initiative, and strong communication skills with customers and coworkers. \- Minimum one year of experience as a service supervisor, head waiter, or shift leader in a restaurant. **6\. LABOR BENEFITS FOR SME** * AM shift \- Working hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm SME LABOR REGIME: benefits at 50%. Trial period: 30 days.
