Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Participate in Project Refinement: Support refining the scope of a project, propose together with Architecture the best technical solution for the project's needs. * Advise Projects: Coordinate with other geographies to identify / propose the best solutions for projects under your responsibility, participate / support Domain committees * Define the technological strategy and roadmap of the Factory: Define the Factory's OKRs and ensure their achievement, establish the technological roadmap supporting the execution of the Domain's strategy, aligned with the Group's global technology strategy, set continuous improvement plans for the Factory you lead, ensure the necessary technological resources are available to meet the defined Roadmap * Participate in Project Onboarding: Support meetings to understand business needs to be addressed by the team, ensure commitments are recorded for each MVP to be developed during the quarter * Manage Factory teams under your responsibility: Promote BBVA principles and values within the Factory teams you lead, optimize the organization and coordination of technology-based teams forming the Factory under your responsibility, guide cross-functional communication between different teams and Units across various geographies * Ensure post-production support for deployed developments: Ensure proper end-to-end functioning of the implemented solution, validate the handover of implemented solutions to the Reliability team * Act as sponsor for Engineering Domain projects: Engage in initiatives improving/evolving domain processes, infrastructure, or applications, participate in domain project planning, ensure during execution that the project has the required technological and/or human capabilities * Ensure knowledge transfer during project development: Promote and participate in Communities of Practice / Networks, promote and participate in training and knowledge-sharing programs implemented in the Bank * Ensure compliance with the agile framework in project development: Validate adherence to ceremonies defined within the agile archetype in Factory teams under your responsibility, ensure appropriate escalation and resolution of impediments within your scope, facilitate the evolution of team members' technical skills and soft skills, promote agile principles and values within Factory teams under your responsibility * Assume Factory roles: Fulfill responsibilities according to the assigned Factory role within the timeframe determined by the institution.
