We are a healthcare company currently seeking personnel to fill the position of **Nursing Technician** to join our team of healthcare professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assess the patient's current condition and confirm the absence of any symptoms. * Assist and support the surgeon and surgical team during procedures. * Supervise the complete operational functioning of the operating room. * Monitor patients in the preoperative room, observing vital signs and potential complications. * Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the operating room. * Assist the attending physician during consultations by providing timely patient care and treatment support. * Collaborate with triage staff in patient assessments (dilation orders). * Coordinate with the pharmacy and sterilization departments for equipment, material, and surgical supply sterilization. * Coordinate with the nursing team regarding patient care protocols. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduated Nursing Technician or in the process of graduation. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ophthalmology surgery (Desirable). \- Good interpersonal skills and communication with patients and medical staff. \- Availability to work in Lince.
