Our team in Peru is looking for professionals committed to operational excellence and focused on continuous improvement. **Position Purpose** Ensure that all required documentation for the execution of transportation services is complete, compliant with operational standards and customer requirements, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines. You will be a key support in operations, providing timely information, real-time solutions, and contributing to process optimization through data analysis and technological tools. **Responsibilities** * Receive and route transportation requests sent by customers. * Verify and record operational data in systems (SLS, Drive or others). * Review and organize documentation for pickups and returns (waybill, DAM, permits, etc.). * Schedule appointments at terminals, ports, and warehouses. * Assign security, crews, and complementary services according to cargo value. * Monitor transportation, reporting incidents in real time. * Control stock and usage of materials (seals, equipment, etc.). * Generate performance reports and indicators (KPIs). * Analyze non-OTIF incidents and propose operational improvements. * Actively collaborate with planning, execution, and customer service teams. **Requirements** * Academic background: University degree (Bachelor's or graduate in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in planning, fleet control, documentation, process analyst, or similar roles. * Technical skills: + Advanced MS Office + Intermediate Power BI + Logistics routing and planning + Operational control and reporting tools * Key skills: + Effective communication and collaborative work + Analytical thinking and results orientation + Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure + Proactivity and autonomy \#LI\-EM1 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
