Job Summary: Transporte Martinez is seeking a Transportation Assistant to monitor fleets, manage KPIs, handle inquiries, and supervise routes. Key Highlights: 1. Transporte Martinez is seeking a **Transportation Assistant** to fulfill the following scope: * Real-time fleet monitoring (via GPS platforms) across two distribution centers. * Management of transportation variables and/or KPIs: daily incidents, service success reporting, reverse logistics, daily return records, etc. * Handling route-related inquiries from staff and customers. * Managing and interpreting transportation service waybills and invoices. * Reporting route execution formats via established channels. * Conducting frequent training for distribution staff: merchandise delivery processes and document settlement. * Reverse logistics controls (assets used to execute services). * Managing inductions and client-specific protocols for operational staff interactions. * Fieldwork: unannounced route inspections. Requirements: * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables. * Intermediate-to-advanced Google Sheets skills preferred. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in transportation: **Optional, not mandatory.** * Immediate availability. * Working hours: 6 AM–3 PM. * Coverage: Rotating weekly days off. * Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Optional: Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to learn.
