A leading chain of service stations is looking for beach salespeople for Lima who meet the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education and/or incomplete studies. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a beach salesperson and/or gas station attendant. * Desirable: Experience in customer service / sales. * Desirable: Completion of courses in customer service and negotiation or sales techniques. * Basic level of Microsoft Office. * Good communication skills, proactive, strong interpersonal abilities, punctuality, and energetic attitude to attract customer attention. * Must reside in nearby areas or have availability to commute to Lima Centro, Pueblo Libre, La Victoria, San Luis, Santa Anita, and Petit Thouars. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Dispense fuel to customers according to safety regulations and our service protocol. * Wear uniforms and safety equipment at all times during work activities. * Provide customer service and promote products and special offers. * Resolve any issues that may arise during customer service. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Report any incidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor. * Perform cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift. * Carry out any other tasks assigned by the service station manager. \* **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits from the first day of employment. * Base salary: S/ 1,130 \+ **mobility bonus.** * **Retention bonus** awarded every 3 months. * Sales incentives, subject to **monthly performance targets.** * Indefinite-term contract, **providing job stability.** * **Private health insurance fully covered by the company.** * Working hours: Availability to work rotating 8-hour daily shifts, with 1 **rotating rest day during the week.** Type of position: Full time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,230.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have completed secondary education and/or any additional academic training?
