**Job Opening – Operations Manager** Our client, a services company with complementary activities in Land Transportation, is looking for an **Operations Manager**, responsible for leading, planning, and controlling all group operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and process integration across its different locations. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and supervise the operational strategy for all sites, aligned with corporate objectives. * Lead comprehensive operations planning, ensuring schedules, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance. * Implement and monitor management indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, quality, and continuous improvement. * Ensure process standardization and compliance with regulations (MTC and other entities). * Design and execute contingency plans to guarantee operational continuity. * Conduct periodic supervision visits to sites in Lima and provinces. * Drive continuous improvement projects, digitalization, and automation. * Supervise legal and administrative documentation for all sites. **Requirements** * 5 years of experience in operations management. * Degree in **Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge in **strategic planning and operations control, process improvement, agile management tools**. * Availability to travel within the country. **Working Conditions** * **Salary range:** S/ 4,500 – 5,000\. * Employment contract under the Pyme regime. * **Working hours:** 48 hours per week: in-person from Monday to Friday and virtual on Saturdays. * **Work location:** Independencia – Lima.
