**Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the project, from planning to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and required quality standards are met. * Manage and supervise the workforce, including contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers, to ensure efficiency and safety at the workplace. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. * Oversee and manage the project budget and costs, ensuring that financial objectives are met through material procurement. * Resolve issues and make critical decisions regarding the project, after coordinating with project management. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other applicable legal requirements. * Prepare and present project progress reports related to procurement versus warehouse inventory to managers and other stakeholders. * Control project costs and ensure they remain within the budget. * Coordinate approval for entry of labor and technical personnel (on-site) and registration of new staff. * Monitor entries and exits through weekly timekeeping records (TAREO). * Other duties as assigned by management. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience managing construction projects as a **Construction Manager.** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate work teams. * Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project professionals. * Ability to make important decisions and effectively solve problems. * Solid knowledge of financial and budgetary management. * Availability to work at the construction site in ILO. * Prior experience in large-scale construction projects will be highly valued.
