




Define the process for designing or redesigning corporate and country structures under responsibility at the LATAM level. Design and evaluate compensation and benefits policies to ensure programs are up to date. Define guidelines and design job valuation methodology. Develop management tools that guarantee budget efficiency in compensation indicators and ensure their deployment in countries and execution at the corporate level. Propose, develop and execute the compensation structure most suitable to the needs of the corporation and country. Manage necessary market information to ensure external competitiveness of compensation. Requirements Professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial positions overseeing more than one country within industrial, manufacturing, or mass consumer goods companies. Knowledge of Hay Group and Mercer methodologies. Advanced Excel skills, SAP (OM), intermediate Power BI (essential). Intermediate level of English proficiency.
