




**Position Objective** Ensure the continuity and efficiency of Human Resources processes during the interim period, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations, proper personnel administration, and the promotion of a positive work environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise personnel administration processes (payroll, contracts, attendance, and social benefits). * Ensure compliance with labor, occupational health and safety regulations. * Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes. * Oversee performance evaluations and strengthen workplace climate policies. * Manage employee relations and promptly address conflict resolution. * Supervise the implementation and compliance of compensation and benefits policies. * Prepare and present management reports and key performance indicators for the department. * Ensure custody, confidentiality, and proper management of employee information. **Education:** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Preferably postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management or Labor Law. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar Human Resources management roles, preferably in mining sector companies. * Experience leading teams and managing relationships with regulatory agencies. **Technical Knowledge:** * Labor legislation and social security regulations. * Payroll management and Human Resources tools. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR ERP systems. **Personal Competencies:** * Leadership and results orientation. * Negotiation and conflict resolution. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization, planning, and strategic focus.
