Mining company **Marcobre** is looking for an **Operations Supervisor** for a major shutdown of 30 days. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate / Professional member in Industrial Engineering, Environmental, Safety or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining * Diploma / Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety * Authorized to work at Marcobre, Southern, etc. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise operational personnel (drillers, equipment operators, technicians, etc.). * Ensure that production targets set by mine planning are met. * Verify the proper use, maintenance, and availability of mining equipment and machinery. * Prepare daily operation reports (production, incidents, failures). * Report to chief engineers or managers on the progress and issues of operations.
