***Operator*** Operating a machine that produces high-quality products for one-quarter of the world's population is a challenging job, but it's worth it when your manager recognizes your effort, your team has your back, and you see the products you make being used by your own family at the end of the day. It ALL STARTS WITH YOU! In this role, you will be responsible for: * Performing the process checklist by completing tracking forms within the first two hours of starting your work shift. * Understanding how to interpret safety, quality, and productivity KPIs and defining solution proposals in response to any variations. * Ensuring proper documentation of information assigned to your position according to established Quality standards. * Performing CTI (clean-to-inspect) according to the established schedule; ensuring machine structure sanitation immediately after completing autonomous maintenance tasks, and recording compliance in the corresponding form. * When encountering machine issues, first verify that process variables are within their specified range, then review the associated ACR and troubleshooting guide to adopt the most suitable solution. Revert to initial settings if favorable results are not achieved and request support. * Reporting identified solutions in the problem resolution form, taking responsibility for updating the ACR in your work area. * Performing the loading and splicing of reels and other necessary materials to ensure continuous operation of assigned machines. * Verifying that materials meet required specifications to ensure operational continuity. * Performing the packaging process according to the machine’s technology type; when manual, perform counting, bagging, sealing, boxing, labeling, palletizing, stretch-wrapping, and pallet transport. Adhering to quality inspection routines and overall process requirements. **About Us** You already know our legendary brands: Huggies®, Kleenex®, Scott®, Kotex®, Plenitud®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®—just like the rest of the world.
