Job Summary: Cuidafarma is seeking a Procurement and Planning Analyst to ensure service levels and inventory availability while optimizing working capital through demand forecasting and procurement management. Strategic coordination with commercial teams and call center. **Cuidafarma**, a digital pharmacy belonging to the Breca Group and backed by Rimac Seguros, is looking for a **Procurement and Planning Analyst**. **What will be your mission?** Ensure service levels and inventory availability by optimizing working capital through appropriate demand forecasting and procurement management. The candidate will apply quantitative judgment to demand estimation and actively participate in consolidating the Demand Planning methodology and supporting Oracle DSP. **What will be your responsibilities?** ● Develop and implement demand forecasts (Demand Forecast) for the assigned portfolio, identifying seasonality patterns, trends, and promotional effects. ● Analyze forecast deviations and apply critical judgment to adjust quantitative variables based on the commercial dynamics of the pharmaceutical/retail sector. ● Coordinate with commercial and call center teams to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and SKU discontinuations into the demand plan. ● Calculate procurement requirements, generate estimated procurement plans, and propose improvements to safety stock levels. ● Monitor inventory turnover and control risks related to obsolescence, shrinkage, or short expiry dates. ● Map and adapt current planning processes toward best practices and workflows aligned with Oracle DSP implementation. ● Update and report KPIs for the assigned portfolio: Forecast Accuracy, Days on Hand (DOH) or Stock Coverage, and Stockouts. ● Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **What are the requirements for this position?** ● Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. ● 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in Demand Planning, Supply, or Procurement (preferably in pharmaceutical, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, or distribution sectors). ● Demonstrated expertise in Demand Planning: understanding of quantitative forecasting models, analysis of historical sales data, and market variables. ● Intermediate Excel and Power BI – will be assessed.
