




**Nazca Energy,** a specialized company dedicated to providing digital transformation, engineering, repair, assembly, maintenance, and diagnostic services for transformers up to 500KV, is seeking top talent for the position of **SSOMA SUPERVISOR.** **Requirements:** **Academic Background:** * Professional degree and licensed in Safety Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **MANDATORY Experience:** * Minimum of 6 years supervising **SSOMA** in electrical maintenance projects or high-voltage substations. **Technical Knowledge:** * ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. * IPERC, ATS, PETS, LOTO, working at heights, and confined spaces. * Proficiency in MS Office software and SSOMA management platforms. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical procedures. * Knowledge of transformers and medium- and high-voltage substation equipment. * Practical knowledge of electrical regulations (CNE, D.S. 024-2016-EM) and electrical safety. **Specialization:** * Courses or diplomas in Occupational Health and Safety. * Certification in electrical work or high-voltage safety. **Competencies:** * Field leadership and decision-making. * Strong focus on prevention and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and in high electrical risk environments. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with SSOMA plans during electrical maintenance activities in substations. * Verify proper implementation of safe work procedures and work permits (PETAR, AST, etc.). * Identify electrical hazards and assess risks, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Coordinate field inspections and internal SSOMA audits. * Lead inductions and specific training for electrical hazard and working-at-height tasks. * Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with legal standards and client requirements. * Supervise the proper use of PPE and electrical safety equipment (insulated tools, voltage detectors, etc.). * Promote a safety culture among technical staff and contractors. * Participate in activity planning from a safety and environmental perspective. * Prepare the company's annual Occupational Health and Safety work plan, including resource allocation and required budget. * Develop and execute the company's Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment training program, ensuring all personnel have the necessary preparation for their duties. * Develop and update manuals, procedures, forms, and instructions related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Keep work procedures and those activities generating priority risks for the company updated, whether routine or non-routine. * Schedule and follow up on the four mandatory annual trainings as per current labor regulations. **CONDITIONS** Market-based salary, subject to evaluation Monthly remuneration based on RxH.
