Part of an international group with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled facilities. **POSITION** We are seeking to add a **Budget Manager** with experience in preparing construction project budgets to lead bidding processes. Experience in industrial construction and fieldwork will be highly valued. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review tender documents, complete project files, and project terms of reference for budget preparation. * Develop cost structures by specialties according to the level of information available. * Quotation of specialties and materials as components of each project. * Preparation of quantity take-offs by specialties (Structures, Architecture, Electrical Systems, and Sanitary Systems). * Preparation of unit cost analyses for each item according to client requirements. * Development of baseline schedules for the execution of each project. * Preparation of construction schedules according to tender requirements. * Management of supplier portfolios for specialties and materials. **PROFILE** * Specialist in quantity take-off for Structures and Architecture. * Ability to read architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Knowledge in EPC-type budget preparation. * Familiarity with installations (Electrical Systems, Sanitary Systems, HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, etc.). * Knowledge of quantity take-off for Electrical and Sanitary Installations. * Understanding of the National Building Regulations. * General knowledge of fire protection systems, climate control, structured cabling, etc. * Experience in preparing unit price analyses. * Strong judgment in construction planning, scheduling, progress valuation, and project cash flow. * Knowledge of construction procedures for industrial buildings. **EXPERIENCE** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical office or on-site construction. * Minimum 5 years of experience preparing construction budgets (supplier portfolio management, unit price analysis, etc.). **COMPETENCIES** * Advanced AutoCAD * Advanced MS Project * Advanced S10 Budgeting Software * Advanced Office Suite proficiency * Advanced Excel * Ability to work under pressure * High-level client communication skills * Teamwork Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.6,000.00 - S/.10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Describe the industrial warehouse projects you have estimated: Experience: * Budget preparation: 5 years (Required) * Industrial warehouse construction: 3 years (Required) Work location: On-site
