To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a CX Agent. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE POSITION OFFERED:*** Listen to and manage inquiries, requests, and complaints from our users. * Accurately register and classify cases handled to ensure traceability. * Follow up on each case until full resolution. * Efficiently monitor payment control tools. * Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements benefiting all users. * Deliver empathetic, efficient, and high-quality experiences. * Carry out other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS*** Education: Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Desired knowledge: Customer service management, complaint handling, and consumer protection regulations. Tools: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems. Experience: At least 2 years in customer service, customer experience, or similar areas. Valuable experience in: Sectors such as banking, finance, retail, eCommerce, or payment methods.
