We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team temporarily, *on a substitute basis for a period of 3.5 months.* **What will you do?** As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our digital presence and creating effective campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include: * *Manage customer service channels, including Meta, WhatsApp, website, among others.* * Use editing applications. * Create and maintain the content calendar. * Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads. * Access and manage Odoo, website, and email. * Use the Brandbook for designing creatives. * Perform monthly statistics comparisons in PowerPoint format. * Calculate and present conversion rates using Excel. * Design specialized campaigns for holidays (e.g., Halloween, Christmas). **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields (mandatory). * **English:** Fluent command of English for written and oral communication. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with people of different ages and cultures. * **Experience:** Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, and digital tools is desirable. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
