Specialist in Costs, Valuations, and Measurements **Position Description** At **TEC\-CUATRO S.A.C.**, we are seeking a **Specialist in Costs, Valuations, and Measurements** with experience in road and airport infrastructure projects. The professional will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling processes related to budgets, valuations, measurements, and project settlements, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient contract management. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and supervise budgets, valuations, measurements, and project settlements. * Coordinate and carry out tasks within the Engineering and Planning Technical Office. * Participate in cost control and project scheduling, including contractual modifications and additional works. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and economic progress reports. * Ensure proper application of standards and control procedures in highway, airport, and aerodrome projects. * Provide technical support in contractual, financial, and construction control management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, registered and licensed. * **Minimum Experience:** **7 years** as an Engineer, Specialist, Supervisor, Head, or Manager in: * Cost estimation, budgeting, valuations, measurements, or project settlement. * Engineering Office, Planning Office, or Engineering Technical Office. * Cost control and construction control. * Planning, project scheduling, and management of additional works. * Contract management, technical reporting, and valuations. * Experience in **supervision and/or execution and/or inspection of airports, aerodromes, and/or hot asphalt concrete or hydraulic concrete highways**.
