Therefore, we are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to strengthen our company. ***At the beginning of the project:*** * Review the project, specifications, budgets, contracts, and official procedures. * Lead site meetings and prepare supervision reports. * Inform about the organization's anti-bribery code of ethics. * Ensure all collaborators verify their information on the drive. ***During project execution:*** * Warn about unsafe acts and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Verify supplies, material testing, and processes according to quality standards. * Monitor project progress, report irregularities, and review valuations. * Participate in site meetings, follow up on meeting minutes, and compare planned vs. actual progress. * Implement Management Plans and keep information updated for periodic reports. * Release protocols and communicate with the client. * Prepare project closeout documentation and collect technical annexes. * Establish schedules for project review and acceptance. ***At project completion:*** * Participate in project acceptance and prepare the final completion report. * Keep information updated for the final report and handle customer complaints. * Assume responsibilities related to SGSST and report incidents/accidents. * Ensure collaborators verify their information on the drive. ***Municipal Inspection Service:*** * Support and accompany IMP in its functions. * Coordinate visits and prepare required information for IMP. ***Reception Service for Apartments and Common Areas:*** * Coordinate visits to inspect apartments/building and provide observations. * Prepare a report for the client, explaining the observations and services to be performed. **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 05:00 pm ⏰ Saturdays from 07:30 am to 01:00 pm **Office Location:** Calle Cinco 111 \- San Isidro Position Type: Full-time onsite employment Services provided by the company: Project management and Construction supervision Employment regime type: REMYPE Benefits: * Fifteen (15\) days of vacation per year * SIS affiliation (If already affiliated with EsSalud, that affiliation will be canceled and SIS MYPE affiliation will proceed) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in multifamily projects? * What is your salary expectation? * Where do you currently reside?
