Urban design. **COMPETENCIES** Empathy Communication Teamwork Leadership Punctuality Flexibility Responsibility. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of project documentation. * Architectural feasibility design, providing innovative design solutions under the supervision of an architect and/or technical office manager, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Design of buildings included in development projects at preliminary design stage. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with standards, building codes, guidelines, and specific regulations. * Supervise the preparation of project documentation. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of their competence.
