





**Full job description** Functions and responsibilities: \-Control the progress of the project according to schedule and daily activity planning. \-Prepare and maintain documentation for reports during projects. \-Prepare valuations, additions, and deductions. \-Maintain and safeguard on-site all documents required during execution (drawings, minutes, reports, specifications, communications, etc.). Ensure that all necessary permits are always available at the site. \-Ensure the implementation of activity scheduling, deadlines, materials, and equipment for project execution. \-Review drawings, measurements, materials, supplies, and all resources necessary for the project. \-Address observations. Verify completed work to resolve observations and find solutions. \-Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor, inherent and related to the position. Educational level: DEGREE HOLDER, LICENSED MECHANICAL ENGINEER Experience: 2 years. Area: Projects, Construction, Public and/or Private Works. Industry/Sector: Industrial, Mining, Retail, Construction or Office Implementation, or related fields. English \-Basic Level \-Basic knowledge in reading architectural, electrical, and sanitary drawings and measurements. \-Basic knowledge in budget preparation. (Desirable) Basic knowledge in construction project management.
