Join us and become part of the business transformation process in our region. **Odoo Functional Consultant** ---------------------------- **Lead, analyze, define, execute, validate** **Benefits** -------------- ### **Work with an agile team and a globally-reaching product** #### **Responsibilities** * Analyze business requirements and client processes to establish project scope. * Establish and manage necessary resources to fulfill requirements. * Track development requests. * Assist and perform software configuration and data loading. * Conduct functional training for end users. * Advise clients on the use of Odoo and proposed tools. * Support commercial activities during the pre-sales stage. * Advise clients on selecting and using various Odoo and Oxe360 apps. #### **Challenges** * Manage and implement enterprise projects. * Perform 100% remote work with clients across different national and international locations. * Use agile methodologies. * Learn and utilize cloud computing environments and ecosystems. * Self-management, self-learning, and continuous development. * Actively participate in technological innovation proposals. #### **Requirements** * Graduate of technical or university programs focused on business processes: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience using any enterprise management solution or ERP software. * Ability to understand different business processes. * Affinity and interest in technology; you must know what an ERP is and what OpenSource means. * Excellent planning and communication skills. ### **Working Hours** Mon-Fri, office hours.
