**Work location:** Cercado de Lima **COMPANY:** SGI SERVICIOS GENERALES \& INGENIERÍA S.A.C. **Remuneration:** S/ 2,500 to 2,700 per month **Start date:** Immediate **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields related to Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar. * Must have a **valid driver's license** (mandatory). * Minimum of **2 years of verifiable experience** in **operations, engineering services, and general services**. * Knowledge in project management, personnel management, and resource control. * Proficiency in office tools: Excel, Word, PDF. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Immediate and full-time availability. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise the operations of engineering services and general services projects. * Coordinate with administrative, SSOMA, and management departments to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. * Manage and control human resources, materials, and equipment assigned to each project. * Supervise on-site work execution, ensuring standards of **quality, safety, and productivity**. * Prepare progress and operational performance reports for management. * Participate in technical and commercial meetings to ensure fulfillment of commitments with clients. * Assist in preparing technical and economic proposals for tenders or private clients. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Desired profile:** * Leadership and team management skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven. * Negotiation and effective communication skills with clients and suppliers. * Commitment, responsibility, and strong organizational sense. * Availability for field and office work. **Job type:** Full-time **Salary:** S/. 2,500 to 2,700.00 per month depending on experience **Application questions:** * Do you have a valid driver's license? * How many years of verifiable experience do you have in engineering services and general services operations? * Please indicate your strengths and weaknesses.
