We are a telecommunications company with more than 30 years in the market, working with optical fiber providers, satellite networks, microwave, etc., throughout Peru. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor - Last Mile: **Requirements:** * Technician in electronics, telecommunications, networking or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an optical fiber field supervisor. * Work experience in installation, configuration, uninstallation and maintenance of optical fiber networks and equipment. * Work experience supervising technical field crews. * Must reside in the districts of Rímac or Cercado de Lima. * Valid driver's license required. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating rest day. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper use of PPEs and tools authorized by the client. * Verify compliance with installation standards and detailed requirements specified by the client. * Supervise proper verification of supplied materials' quality and their correct installation. * Conduct training and reinforcement sessions on the Last Mile standard installation process. * Supervise, control, and report installations and technical visits carried out by field crews. * Prepare reports on supervised installations and visits. * Follow up on faults reported under warranty and reinforce to technical staff the reasons and causes. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with one rotating rest day. * 90% field work and 10% office work. * Monthly salary of 1800 on full payroll. * Constant training opportunities.
