REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical or university studies in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or other fields demonstrating experience in a similar position. * At least 2 years of experience assisting project managers or management teams. * Specific knowledge: Project management, Traditional methodologies, Agile methodologies, PMI specialization (preferable), PMO experience (preferable), and Scrum agile methodology. * Advanced level of Office software. * Knowledge of project development tools. * Intermediate English proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement and supervise strategic planning, ensuring achievement of organizational objectives and goals. * Coordinate weekly or monthly meetings to analyze results, track performance, and adjust objectives. * Manage and monitor projects, guaranteeing proper planning, execution, and on-time delivery. * Prepare periodic reports for General Management regarding the progress of strategic plans and projects.
