In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of personnel under your charge according to established standards, methods, or procedures. * Ensure the competence of all individuals operating specific equipment, performing tests, calibrations, verifications, evaluating results, and signing test reports and calibration certificates. * Verify the training, education, experience, certification, and/or demonstrated expertise of personnel under your supervision, providing continuous oversight for soil and concrete laboratory activities. * Verify and analyze that employees have correctly applied the procedures and controls necessary to comply with Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control measures implemented at the workplace. * Instruct and verify that personnel under your supervision know and follow safe work standards and properly use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task. * Perform duties assigned within the SERVICE scope under your responsibility. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt Laboratory or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in service-related roles within the mining sector, as a Laboratory Manager or similar position. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mining Sector. * Experience managing and controlling construction activities based on laboratory and field testing. * Experience in quality control of materials and aggregates processed in quarries and obtained from borrow sources, to validate and approve their production. * Experience implementing and managing the laboratory equipment calibration plan. * Experience verifying and validating laboratory measurement equipment to maintain quality certification. * Experience ensuring that laboratory and field tests are performed in accordance with the current version of project-established standards and approved specific procedures. * Must reside in the southern region of the country (Arequipa or Cusco). * Class A2 driver's license preferred. **Additional Information** * Direct employment contract with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 80% employer-paid EPS coverage for employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years old. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
