





On behalf of our client, a company dedicated to hearing health, we are looking for **(1) Receptionist** who meets the following profile: Requirements * Technical and/or university studies, completed or in progress, in administration, accounting or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing the mentioned duties. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in the Health sector**. (Mandatory)** * English language proficiency (desirable). * Must reside in districts adjacent to Miraflores. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Promptly and efficiently attend to clients via phone and in person, maintaining high customer service standards. * Make and receive phone calls and inquiry emails, taking and/or delivering appropriate messages. * Provide assistance to individuals visiting the company offices (clients, suppliers, and general public) and direct them to the appropriate personnel. * Manage petty cash. * Collect payments from patients and handle billing procedures. * Serve as liaison between clients and the company. * Ensure order and presentable appearance of the company's reception area. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
