We are currently seeking a Secretary for the Blood Bank service at the Guillermo Kaelin hospital complex. Requirements: * Graduated technical professionals or graduates from Administration, Computing, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in administrative tasks. * Basic to intermediate level in Office (Desirable). * Availability to work part-time on a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday. * Availability to work in Villa María del Triunfo. Responsibilities: * File, receive, and deliver required documentation. * Carry out necessary administrative procedures for the proper functioning of the service and maintain absolute confidentiality about all matters with other staff members. * Provide internal user support in preparing compliance reports and their document processing. * Follow up on submitted requests or requirements to meet established deadlines. * Manage the document processing system, enabling electronic filing and searching of received, processed, and responded documents. * Inform the Blood Bank Manager about the registration of received documents for validation. * Coordinate with the Operations – Document Management and Administration area for document routing. * Make phone calls and schedule appointments with voluntary blood donors. * Maintain optimal stock of office supplies and manage their distribution. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
