We are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Supervisor of Specialties (MEP)** **FUNCTIONS:** * Review and interpret client requirements for the integration of the provided documentation. * Evaluate the construction documentation. * Request and manage documentation related to the procurement of specialized equipment for the project. * Continuously and directly supervise any doubts or comments arising during project execution, in coordination with the project manager and technical office. * Constantly monitor project valuations in relation to specialty items. * Examine "As Built" drawings during the project closing phase. * Be responsible for executing or providing immediate specialized assistance and advice in various activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience as a Supervisor of Specialties in construction site supervision. * **Knowledge in lighting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, fire prevention, and sanitary services. (MANDATORY)** * Professional degree. * Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including the possibility of working both day and night shifts if necessary. * Availability to make occasional trips to other branches in Peru. **SPECIFIC SKILLS:** 1.
