Position Mission** Carry out surveying, layout, and topographic control for civil works and sanitary and fire protection installations, ensuring accurate positioning of networks, equipment, and structures according to drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. **3\. Main Responsibilities** * Conduct preliminary site surveys for the placement of sanitary and fire protection networks. * Perform layout, stakeout, and leveling of pipes, valves, chambers, cabinets, and other installation components. * Control correct alignment, slope, and elevation of installations according to approved drawings. * Coordinate with the technical office and site supervision for validation of topographic drawings. * Verify interferences between sanitary, fire protection, and other systems (electrical, HVAC, structures, etc.). * Prepare and deliver "as-built" topographic drawings upon completion of each project phase. * Maintain surveying equipment calibrated and in optimal condition. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standardsTechnical Office * **4\. Position Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Surveying or related field (preferably with university studies in Civil Engineering or Geomatics). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a surveyor in building or infrastructure projects, with specific experience in sanitary and fire protection installations. * **Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret topographic, sanitary, and mechanical installation drawings. * Operation of surveying instruments (total station, automatic level, differential GPS). * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (desirable). * Technical standards for sanitary and fire protection installations. * **Competencies:** * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Proactivity and results orientation.
