We value quality and innovation, and we are looking for a committed **Quality Assistant** dedicated to continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 06 months of experience in Quality areas (desirable). * Knowledge: HACCP, GMP, GAP, sampling methods, and laboratory analysis (CO1, net content, pH, °Brix, turbidity, luminometry), and proficiency with quality tools (cause\-effect diagrams, trend analysis). **Responsibilities** * Perform physicochemical and microbiological sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Verify compliance with technical specifications at each stage of the production process. * Document and maintain quality records according to internal procedures and regulatory standards (HACCP). * Support the implementation and monitoring of the food safety and quality management system. * Identify and report deviations or non-conformities, collaborating in root cause investigations and corrective actions. * Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits. * Monitor and verify the calibration status of measurement equipment. * Assist in training personnel on quality, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety topics. * Monitor critical control points (CCPs) defined in the HACCP system. **Benefits** * Onboarding from day one with full legal benefits * Full gratification and CTS * SCTR and Life Insurance as per law * Biweekly and end-of-month payments * Commute allowance * Corporate discounts * Monthly beer allocation At **CANDELARIA BRANDS**, we respect diversity and ensure an equal and respectful work environment.
