You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client\-facing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a key role for a proactive, detail\-oriented professional passionate about driving excellence in AI project execution. **Responsibilities** * Lead complex **AI and data\-related** projects from planning to delivery using Agile methodologies. * Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. * Partner with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans. * Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to coordinators and junior managers. * Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. * Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results. * Drive continuous improvement by innovating and optimizing project management practices and tools. * Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale’s standards of quality, reliability, and scalability. **Requirements** * **5\+ years** of experience in **project management**, preferably within **AI, data services, or technology\-driven environments**. * Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven track record managing multiple, large\-scale projects in a fast\-paced setting. * Strong understanding of **AI, ML, data annotation, or human\-in\-the\-loop (HITL) workflows**. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities. * Hands\-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks. * **PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.** * Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of outcomes. * **Fluent English** required (written and spoken).
