This role is key to ensuring our product decisions align with market trends, user needs, and the company’s overall strategy. **What You Will Do** * **Product Backlog Management**: * Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to define, prioritize, and continuously refine features and improvements, ensuring alignment with strategy. * **Collaboration with Development Teams**: * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban), providing clarity on product requirements and objectives. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding metrics and analytical requirements. * **Stakeholder Management**: * Engage with clients and internal teams to understand needs and translate them into prioritized requirements. * Maintain clear and transparent communication about product progress and outcomes. * **Product Progress Evaluation and Analysis**: * Define and monitor key KPIs, establishing robust dashboards for effective tracking. * Analyze large datasets on user behavior and transactions to uncover trends and opportunities. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. * Identify product improvement and optimization opportunities based on data and experimentation (A/B testing). * Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. * Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to enhance data infrastructure and quality. **Essential Requirements** * **Education**: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience**: * 2+ years in similar product analyst roles, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or technology companies. * **Technical Skills**: * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large data volumes. * Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). * Knowledge of the fintech sector, payment platforms, collections, and digital financial products. * Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile teams. * Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design (A/B testing). * **Soft Skills**: * Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Active listening and empathy towards stakeholders and users. * Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and proactivity. * Ability to clearly and persuasively present and explain complex insights. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the fintech sector or knowledge of market trends and regulations. * Experience with product analytics platforms and testing tools. * Passion for data-driven decision-making and digital product optimization. * Familiarity with data infrastructure and collaboration with Data Engineering/Data Science teams. **Job Conditions** * **Contract Type**: Fixed-term with potential for renewal. * **Work Mode**: Remote. * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Peru Time). * **Salary**: S/ 7,000 to S/ 8,000. * **Benefits**: Fully covered EPS health insurance.
