Cuidafarma, a digital pharmacy belonging to the Breca Group, backed by Rimac Seguros, is looking for a Data Engineer **What will be your mission?** Ensure that the organization's data is accessible, secure, reliable, and usable for informed decision-making. **What would be your responsibilities?** * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand and meet the organization's data needs * Perform data cleaning, transformation, and processing to ensure data quality and consistency * Implement efficient and secure data storage solutions * Optimize the performance of data management systems and databases * Research and evaluate new data management technologies and tools to improve processes and efficiency * Effectively document and communicate processes and decisions related to data management and governance **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or related fields * 1 or more years of experience in data areas, business intelligence, reporting, or data extraction * Required: o Proficiency in basic computer tools: Excel, PowerPoint o Intermediate/advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, and visualization tools: MySQL, Python, Google, BigQuery, DataStudio/LookerStudio, PowerBI * Strong mathematical and statistical skills * Desired: Experience working in startups, pharmacies, laboratories, innovation labs, or companies using agile methodologies. * We expect the person taking on this challenge to maintain constant contact with the on-site team and identify their needs; therefore, we require availability to attend on-site at least once per week. **Benefits:** * Corporate discounts * Rimac EPS health insurance * Hybrid – Mixed work model * Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Become part of the Breca Group family Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,234.00 per month Application questions: * Indicate your availability (immediate, 1 week, 2 weeks) * Indicate your salary expectations Work location: On-site job
