DESCRIPTION **Role Purpose:** Participate in the structuring and development of cross-functional analytical projects, with emphasis on building statistical tools and machine learning models aimed at improving profitability of business units. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support project structuring and planning, mainly translating business needs into analytical solution approaches using analytical models (trees and regressions) * Develop statistical analyses and models defined within the project scope and deliverables. * Participate in the development and delivery of the final project proposal. * Transfer developed analytical tools and models to internal clients, ensuring knowledge assimilation and sustainability. * Document project supporting information (technical, methodological, and business-related). **Work Modality:** Hybrid 3x2 REQUIREMENTS * 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analytics, Data Scientist, Consulting, Analytics Translator, Data Science Translator, or Analytics * 3\-4 years of experience in positions involving development of statistical/analytical models * Experience working in business strategy teams * Strong technical knowledge (Trees / Regressions / Machine Learning / Statistics / Linear optimization models, mathematics \- desirable) Benefits: * Indefinite-term contract * EPS % * Opportunity for growth in Peru's number one company in innovation and data
