Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities** * Generate proposals based on data analysis to add incremental value to business commercial campaigns. * Monitor CRM productivity KPIs: OR, CTR, CTRO, and conversion rates of implemented campaigns. * Propose and monitor the implementation of CRM experiments (pilots, A/B testing), generate insights, and achieve defined business objectives. * Create operational efficiencies by automating commercial communications. * Manage the budget allocated for campaigns. * Analyze and optimize audiences for campaigns. * Implement use cases (models and analyses) within commercial campaigns. * Ensure a remarketing strategy. * Other duties assigned by your direct manager for continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Desired experience in retail, telecommunications, consumer goods, or banking sectors. * Proficiency in Python Pyspark. * Experience with any cloud platform, preferably AWS. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
