Responsibilities: \-Provide technical and functional support to customers in the use of GPS devices and platforms. \-Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. \-Manage requests and complaints by providing timely and effective solutions. \-Train users on the correct use of tracking applications. \-Monitor, create, and send reports on routes, alerts, and fleet statistics. \-Coordinate with technical and commercial departments to handle complex cases. \-Keep the customer database and service history up to date. Skills: \-Clear communication and customer orientation. \-Analytical and problem-solving skills. \-Organization and management of multiple cases. \-Proactivity and service mindset. Requirements: \-Experience in support, after-sales, or customer service roles within GPS, telematics, or transportation companies. \-Knowledge of satellite tracking systems and fleet management platforms. \-Proficiency in Excel and digital tools for analysis and reporting. \-Technical or university studies in computer science, telecommunications, electronics, or related fields (desirable).
