**Help Desk Technician/ Intermediate English** Location: Lima,Peru Type: Full\-time Department: Technology **Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive Help Desk Technician to provide first\- and second\-level technical support and ensure high\-quality IT service delivery across the organization. This role will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining enterprise systems, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, while adhering to security standards and service excellence. **Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support to users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, UPS, cameras, access control systems, etc.). * Perform inspections in the data center to ensure the proper condition and operation of equipment. * Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex incidents. * Document support activities and keep the knowledge base up to date. * Assist in IT projects such as upgrades and implementations. * Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations. * Properly manage the company’s technological assets. **Eligibility Requirements** * Completed technical or university studies in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise\-level IT systems. * Proactive, service\-oriented, and strong problem\-solving skills for complex issues. * Availability to work 48 hours per week in San Isidro, on the afternoon/night shift (3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.). **How to Apply** * Click "Apply Now" to submit your resume through our career site * Be sure to include any relevant experience that aligns with the role. * Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of our recruitment team for next steps **About eClerx** eClerx is a leading provider of productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
