We are looking for a **GenAI/NLP Specialist** to design, implement, and deploy **LLM-based** solutions that generate real business impact: automation, improved customer experience, and decision-making, with a focus on **security, compliance, and traceability**. Responsibilities * Develop **NLP** use cases (RAG, classification, extraction, summarization, Q\&A) using **LLMs**. * Build **data pipelines** for training and inference (batch / near\-real time). * Implement end\-to\-end **RAG** (ingestion, embeddings, **vector DB**, retrieval, and orchestration). * Define **prompting**, **guardrails**, **PII** handling, and controls for hallucination/bias. * Measure quality through **LLM evaluation** (offline/online metrics, A/B testing). * Integrate with internal systems via **APIs** and ensure **MLOps/LLMOps** (versioning, monitoring, cost control). * Document and share **reusable patterns**; train teams. Requirements * **2\+ years** of applied **NLP/GenAI** experience using **LLMs** (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or others) and production **RAG** experience. * Strong **Python** skills (essential) and proficiency with model **APIs/SDKs**. * Advanced **SQL** and **Excel**; data quality best practices. * Experience with **cloud** platforms (preferably **AWS**; Azure/GCP also acceptable) and AI/data services. * Knowledge of **security, compliance, and traceability** in data/AI. Desired * **Vector DBs** (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, OpenSearch) and frameworks (**LangChain/LlamaIndex**). * **Databricks/Spark/Delta**, **Airflow/Dagster**, **Docker**, **CI/CD**, **MLflow/Evidently**. * Understanding of business metrics (e.g., risk, origination, collections). * Experience with **AI agents** (CrewAI, AutoGen) in controlled scenarios.
