(PE02\) Location: Central Office Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **INNOVATION ANALYST** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Carry out activities related to the organization's innovation management model: promoting idea generation, supporting the development of initiatives, and tracking the progress of innovation projects. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Propose and coordinate training sessions, communications, and events related to the innovation management model focused on all organizational employees. * Organize and coordinate collaborative spaces (workshops, brainstorming sessions, among others) to encourage idea generation within the organization, primarily oriented toward projects. * Promote active participation of employees at different levels in the ideation process, ensuring an inclusive, diverse, and multidisciplinary approach. * Provide technical assistance to employees in using the idea management technological platform, resolving questions and ensuring proper utilization throughout the process. * Support innovation teams in evolving their ideas into initiatives by providing guidance on processes, methodologies, techniques, best practices, and tools. * Perform other related or complementary functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an assistant or junior analyst in innovation activities. * Experience in the Engineering and Construction sector. * Training in Agile Methodologies, Design Thinking, Lean Start\-Up, Sprint, and other innovation-related topics. * Course in Project Management and/or Project Management with Agile Methodologies. * Availability to work in Lima.
