Receive, review, and inspect the production sheet and products coming from the extrusion and printing processes. Analyze, verify, and inspect the type of sealing to be performed according to the production sheet. Provide and communicate samples to quality assurance for subsequent approval. Perform and verify corresponding adjustments (pressure, temperature, and speed). Execute product sealing according to the production sheet. Provide hourly samples to quality assurance for subsequent approval. Weigh bales and scrap for each order. Perform corrective maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Correctly fill out the bag sealing process form (process and product control, process conditions (machine parameters, production data, product control)). Perform machine cleaning and disinfection. Identify hazards and risks applicable to their work area, as well as identify environmental aspects and impacts. May refuse to work or stop a job if they consider that necessary conditions for safe work are not met. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Regulations of Occupational Safety and Health, and any measures established as a result of accident investigations in their work area. Keep all equipment, tools, safety devices, and materials available and in good condition for job execution. Comply with functions assigned by their immediate supervisor. Comply with duties designated according to the BRCGS Management System. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with standards and policies related to product safety and hygiene.
