




CONTRACT SUPERVISOR \- BROCAL Position Purpose: Supervises heavy equipment maintenance on small site service contracts (up to 5 people) and acts as On-Duty Supervisor on large site contracts (more than 25 people). Also replaces the Resident during absences and, when necessary, performs specialized technical tasks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Specific Job Responsibilities: * Carry out and/or participate in the scheduling and planning of equipment maintenance services according to factory standards. * Supervise equipment maintenance work at mine workshops, surface workshops, underground operations, work fronts, or other required locations. * If required, intervene and perform specialized technical work on equipment. * Coordinate with the client and the Zonal Leader of Contracts all activities related to equipment under responsibility. * Prepare technical reports related to the service. * Generate requests for supplies, materials, and spare parts for equipment maintenance services. * Schedule the use of, or issue instructions for returning to headquarters medium and low-turnover spare parts or those with no consumption from consignment inventory. * Present, justify, and obtain client approval for monthly invoicing of the contracted service. * Participate in shift start and end meetings conducted by the client with operations and service areas. * If required, operate assigned service contract vehicles (4x4 pickup trucks) for personnel transportation, movement of equipment, components, tools, instruments, supplies, materials, and spare parts. This requirement also includes transporting visiting personnel from Sandvik Lima and/or foreign visitors engaged in activities related to Sandvik's service to the client, as well as other authorized external visitors. * Provide assistance to the Contract Resident upon request. * When required, perform duties during night shifts, following coordination with the client. Requirements:* Professional degree holder, licensed and registered in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Master’s degree and/or specialization in maintenance management (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising technical and specialized personnel in underground and/or surface mining heavy equipment maintenance. * Proven experience in defensive driving within a mining unit and possession of AIIB driver's license (mandatory, with more than 3 years validity) for both underground and surface mine operations.
