WC Ingeniería de la Climatización, a company dedicated to refrigeration, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems, is looking for **Maintenance Coordinator** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, and/or related fields. * Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Intermediate Office skills. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience and/or similar positions. Responsibilities: · Develop and update the maintenance plan that is part of the operations under their responsibility. · Manage maintenance services according to company and client guidelines. · Ensure timely execution of planned and unplanned activity programs. · Lead the technical team under their supervision to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily maintenance operations. · Prepare quotations for component purchases required for maintenance activities and prepare technical reports. · Provide direct customer service. · Keep technical documentation of the department up to date. · Perform other duties as assigned.
