Guarantees the quality, interdisciplinary consistency, and regulatory compliance of technical deliverables. Facilitates communication among engineering disciplines, resolves technical conflicts, and actively participates in project planning, execution, and monitoring. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise technical activities. * Ensure that designs, technical specifications, and drawings are understood by contractors. * Ensure technical deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and regulations. * Ensure consistency across disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.). * Facilitate communication between different engineering disciplines. * Resolve technical conflicts and ensure alignment among teams. * Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum verifiable experience of 6 years in similar roles. * Desirable experience in Mining and/or Steel industry. * Knowledge in engineering project management. * Experience in technical review and validation. * Ability to review drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports. * Capacity to identify inconsistencies or errors in designs. * Preferably reside in Lima or Chimbote. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability for field work: Chimbote (Ancash, Peru) on rotating shifts under atypical 14x7 regime.
