**PROJECTS AND SERVICES MANAGER / LIMA** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree or licensed in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. · Professional registration and license (mandatory). · Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions. · Solid knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage networks. · Knowledge of the Electric Concessions Law, its regulations, the National Electrical Code, and Supreme Decree No. 018-2002-EM/DGE. · Knowledge in the design and sizing of photovoltaic systems (panels, inverters, structures, panels, among others). · Advanced AutoCAD skills. · Intermediate MS Project skills. · Valid class A-1 driver's license. · Experience in supervision of electromechanical works. · Experience in power flow calculations for optimal equipment and conductor sizing in electrical systems. · Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in reviewing and preparing technical files, supervising works, and maintenance of medium and low voltage networks (mandatory). · Availability to travel to various project intervention zones. · Availability to work in Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Lead the team of design engineers and site supervisors, monitoring the development of technical files for electromechanical installation projects; as well as reviewing the quality, completeness, and accuracy of these documents, ensuring they include drawings, electrical calculations, specifications, and descriptive reports according to client requirements and technical standards. · Evaluate and approve technical solutions proposed by design engineers (e.g., network designs, equipment sizing, system configurations), verifying their technical feasibility, compliance with standards, and alignment with project objectives; as well as evaluate technical alternatives to optimize costs, such as selecting more efficient equipment and cost-effective installation methods. · Develop technical data sheets for special equipment such as transformers, reclosers, and switchgear, specifying parameters like capacity, voltage, current, insulation, and operational characteristics according to project needs and current technical standards. · Review and approve technical data sheets prepared by design engineers or suppliers, ensuring compliance with client specifications and quality standards. · Supervise functional tests (insulation, continuity, resistance) and commissioning of equipment (transformers, reclosers, switchgear), ensuring compliance with technical specifications and client requirements. · Ensure that designs, installations, and maintenance comply with the National Electrical Code, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations in Electricity (Supreme Decree No. 009-2007-EM), and regulations from Osinergmin and MINEM. · Coordinate site supervisors, ensuring proper oversight of electromechanical construction and contractor compliance with technical specifications; likewise, regarding electrical network maintenance, verify preventive and corrective maintenance activities meet quality and safety standards. · Verify technical specifications of equipment (transformers, reclosers, switchgear, cables, connectors) provided by suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Likewise, coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies in technical sheets and ensure equipment suitability prior to procurement or installation. · Lead the design, review, and technical validation of solar self-generation systems (on-grid and off-grid). · Ensure proper integration of the solar system with existing systems (LV or MV), considering protections, selectivity, and energy control. · Participate in technical meetings and coordination with clients, concessionaires, and regulatory bodies during solar project development, as well as medium and high voltage projects, both during engineering and execution phases. · Other duties related to the position or assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · General payroll regime. · Food card. · 70% employer-paid health insurance (EPS).
