We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** with experience in transportation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within transportation, freight, and/or logistics companies (MANDATORY). * Intermediate level proficiency in Office, advanced level in Excel, and intermediate level in Power BI. * Knowledge of management indicators, analytical skills, and systemic thinking. * Availability to work in Lima's Cercado district. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan daily, weekly, and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Scheduling and follow-up. * Maintenance indicator control. * Resource and logistics management. * Technical analysis and continuous improvement. * Supervise maintenance personnel activities. * Report any undesired events to the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary range from S/ 1500 to S/ 2000. * Full payroll inclusion with statutory benefits. * Job stability.
